All ok, proper place, good bed, quite good facilities I did not like the quality of toilet paper (literally transparent, the most cheap one), the quality of hand soap (diluted with water, to make it last longer, but this is really a cheap saving), the lack of kitchen napkins or at least something useful to wipe the wet dishes (I had to use one of the bath towels). ALos, I would add 2 more hooks in tha bathroom, to have where to leave the wet big towels, after shower.

Location was very good for our planned objectives. The parking was outside the compound, but not very hard to find a spot. You have a supermarket very close if you want to grab some snacks or coffee.

The host attitude and his careless about the property. I was asking him before the booking if he solve the problem with water leakage from the sink reported by another guest and he didn't answer. I booked the apartment thinking that he did that, but no, the problem still exists and is really unconvenient. Everytime you need to use the sink, all the water will drain directly on the floor with risk of slipping and injury. I was brushing my theets in the kitchen to avoid the tooth paste to spill on the floor.

I always rate the stay based on the quality price ratio. For 10 dollars accommodations I expect 10 dollars services. For 100 dollars accommodations I expect 100 dollars services. The property is okay for a budget accommodation. It offers basic services for the traveller.

The price to services ratio is badly unbalanced. I would mention (only) the following: - broken wash basin, all the water comes on the floor. - broken toilet seat, can only be used sitting. - (very) slippery floor. - no slippers. Choose your experience: walk in the water in the bathroom or do skating in the main room. - one roll of toilet paper for 5 days. - the TV has only the base programmes (no Hbo). - the cherry on top: asking for a 10 rating in a booking message. Just for comparison: the previous week I stayed in a three times cheaper accommodation. Everything in working order, slippers provided, toilet paper for each day, and a very humble owner. My rating was a 9, it can be seen on booking.
