Ottima la posizione, appartamento spazioso, peccato che ci siano pochissimi utensili in cucina e tre miseri rotoli di carta igenica minuscoli per 5 giorni per 3 persone. Dispiace dare un punteggio così basso, ma pulizia e gentilessa dell'host sono per me fondamentali ed erano qui inesistenti.

Comunicazione con l'host praticamente inesistente. Mi è stato chiesto tre volte a che ora arrivassi e, nel caso fossi arrivata prima, mi avrebbero eventualmente detto la disponibilità dell'appartamento. Per tre volte ho risposto dicendo che, se possibile, saremmo arrivati un po' prima ma che ci facessero sapere in modo da poterci organizzare. Mai nessuno ha risposto. La pulizia dell'appartamento inesistente. Strati di polevre sotto al letto, quindi non puliti da molto tempo. Polvere su tutti i mobili che abbiamo dovuto puliper per riporre le nostre cose. Capelli ovunque: per terra, suo letto, anche in mezzo alle lenzuola e nella doccia (molti, non solo un paio caduti per sbaglio). Per terra abbiamo trovato addirittura un unghia, impensabile! Ho segnalato subito, ma l'host non si è nemmeno degnato di chiedere scusa o proporre un'ulteriore pulizia, mi ha semplicemente chiesto foto. Una scusa sarebbe stata il minimo

Un alojamiento de 10, en el centro de la ciudad, muy bonito, muchísima luz, vistas muy bonitas por la noche en una de las habitaciones, camas cómodas, tiene de todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta y el precio excelente.

El apartamento estaba bastante bien, si que es verdad que el ascensor da mal rollo porque es antiguo pero bueno. Las vistas son muy bonitas

No hay aparcamiento, es horrible al estar ubicado en una zona de bajas emisiones y en el centro histórico es imposible encontrar aparcamiento por lo que tienes que pagar parking si o si.

Location and the apartment was good.

There were only two rolls of toilet paper provided for a four-day stay, which was not sufficient. The kitchen was also missing basic essentials needed for cooking. Only one towel per person was provided, with no additional small towel for hair, which is usually expected. Despite making several requests via Booking.com and WhatsApp, I was not given extra blankets and felt cold during my stay. The host suggested using the air conditioning, but due to medical reasons, this was not an option for me. Overall, the lack of basic amenities and the poor response to repeated requests negatively affected my experience.

This apartment is nicely located in the centre of Castellón. The facilites were generally well thought through, with almost everything we needed. The space was very light and spacious which was also a huge plus, and the decor is tasteful. The heating worked well, and the check in was straightforward and easy. Overall I thought this booking was exceptionally good value for money.

Although I liked the property there were a few extra details missing that would have improved the overall experience. Some hand soap in the bathroom, extra bin bags, a tea towel to dry dishes in the kitchen and some basic kitchen items like coffee, oil, salt etc could have been provided to improve the stay.

Extremely Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, our experience at this property in Spain was one of the worst we have ever had. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed a strong smell of mold throughout the accommodation. The situation was serious enough that it was simply impossible to stay there, especially traveling with our family. The property was clearly affected by mold, and the smell made it uninhabitable. We contacted the host immediately in an attempt to find a solution, but our calls went unanswered and no assistance was provided. As a result, late that evening we were forced to leave and search for alternative accommodation on the streets with our family. We paid in full for the entire stay, yet we did not remain even one single night due to the unacceptable conditions. Despite explaining the situation and requesting a refund, the host refused to return the money. This was a very disappointing and stressful experience, handled in a completely unprofessional manner. I cannot recommend this property.

We honestly did not like anything about this property. If you are considering booking, especially if you are traveling with children, we strongly recommend choosing another place. The accommodation has serious issues with mold and cleanliness. There was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the property. The towels smelled bad, there was visible dirt, and the overall hygiene standard was extremely poor. The photos shown online do not reflect reality at all. The furniture is very old and in poor condition, and the entire place feels neglected and poorly maintained. In all our years of traveling, we have never encountered such an unpleasant accommodation. It was a very disappointing experience.

El apartamento está fenomenal. Todo muy nuevecito. Muy bien situado. Cerca de buses y tram.
