Big house clean and quiet

Presented beautifully.

As a back sufferer had challenge with bed but more me than it.

Great location, very spacious and comfy

Home from home vibe which helped my child feel settled more quickly.

My car was slightly too big for the car parking space.

Everything was as expected from the pictures of the house, the house was lovely and warm, spacious and the house owners had a friendly manner and we enjoyed our stay here.

The beds weren't very comfortable.

Great location as we wanted somewhere close to Yorkshire Wildlife Park. Sadly, that's the only positive for us. Lacking basics like forks (only 2!) had the least amount of basic utensils for a self-catering house I've ever seen. The beds are all really poor quality with thin, uncomfortable mattresses and pillows that were boarding on useless. Had to fold them in half to make them remotely usable! All 4 of us had a really poor night's sleep. The furniture throughout the property is mismatched and poor quality. With the sofas in the living room uncomfortable and the TV in need of updating. On the surface, it looked clean but quickly discovered it's not had a deep clean for some time. Wouldn't recommend other than for its location.
