The apartment was not perfectly clean. The oven was totally dirty (dirty baking trays and inside) and dust and flecks under the bed in the rest room.

The hob, cooktop, did not work, and despite the owner coming on to fix it, it did not work again next time. Also the app played up and we had another family trying to enter on Monday morning. This was quickly resolved by the owner.
