"A beautifully appointed apartment but beware of the construction near by"

The interior of the apartment is exceptionally clean, modern and well appointed (ie. full kitchen and amenities) and only 2 minutes from the beach/promenade.

The apartment was right beside a football field sized construction site which meant during the day we could hear drilling and banging noises.
