Only the ac temperature

The beds weren't clean at all. The towels were stinking of oil inspite of getting replaced thrice. The tv wasnt working at all. The rooms were not at all sound proof we were disturbed by other guests from different rooms since 5am. Very irritating experience. Basics were not provided to us
