I highly recommend this place for a vacation. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures. Clean, tidy, equipped with everything you need and even more. I am most pleased with the contact and care of the host. A very helpful person, she was in touch with us all the time, without any problems and quickly helped in case of a problem.

Location is good for visiting many attractions and beaches in the area.

This was our second stay and this time our experience was completely different. It started with our host ignoring us for 5 hours after check in time due to "phone issues". We were waiting around with luggage panicking as we had to contact booking and start looking at alternative places to stay. We stayed here before so we gave him the benefit of doubt and decided to keep the booking. This was a big mistake as many more problems accord during our stay. The WiFi was completely dysfunctional as we kept getting disconnected and it was impossible to do basic things like booking tickets, checking in for our flights, video calls etc. We had to use data, and this area had terrible reception. The drain in the shower was overflowing again even though we informed him of this issue four months ago which shows the owner did not even try to fix this issue. When we informed him of these issues he wanted to send over a plumber and internet technician. We denied this as we did not want to wait around during our vacation for issues he should have corrected before our arrival. He said he sent a plumber three times for this issue and in the end he denied that this was an issue and told us we were making stuff up. The AC’s in the smaller bedroom was not working properly, and the other AC’s had a musty smell when used. There was terrible sewage smell near the front door. There were dirty towels. Basic supplies were not even provided such as extra garbage bags and even water. The host in the end was very rude and dismissive of all of our concerns. The house itself has a lot of potential but clearly it is not being maintained by the host. Our experience was pretty much ruined due to the host and his arrogance. Never again will we stay here and I hope the host makes changes to seriously treat paying customers with respect and better maintain this place.

Location was perfect, near the major road which connects to Heraklion, Rethymno, Matala and more great places. About an hour from the airport. Facilities were amazing, everything is updated and modern. Spacious king bed and queen bed in bedrooms. Very quiet and a lot of privacy. Quiet street and you can park right in front of the house to unload the car. The host greeted us when we checked in and showed us around, and was very responsive for any questions during our stay. The house was extremely clean with access to a beautiful backyard which we enjoyed. There is also a full laundry room, clothing line, and rack to dry clothes which made our stay convenient. This house had everything to feel like you are at home while on your vacation. This place was a huge highlight of our trip in Crete, highly recommended.

You have much more than you need. From devices to utilities this house has practically everything. As a fun of Netflix and Youtube having 2 smart TVs on both the lounge and the bedroom honestly felt great. You can cook easily with options on pans and pots. There is a dish washing machine and a washing machine for your clothes. And the garden, breathtaking. I didn't use them but both the barbeque and the wood stove surpised me pleasantly.
