Die Tuin Hekkie In Riebeek-West

A very nice place to stay for a coupel of days in Riebeek-West. Spacious and clean room. Excellent service from the host Leo who was very friendly and helpful. Lovely to be able to take a dip in the pool in the garden in the afternoon.

The accommodation was excellent. Aircon. Everything we needed. Beautiful.

No house number on website. No name of accommodation at property. Could not hold of host due to him being overseas. Luckily one of the neighbours helped us. Also note that the pool is at the main house and not at the Tuin Hekkie. No dog bowls - take your own. But this is positive criticism. Still loved everything.

Our host was very welcoming. Loved the treats of farm milk and biscuits. The pool was a welcome relief in the hot weather during our stay. The apartment is well equipped for everyday use.

The property was exactly what we were looking for. There was plenty of room inside and even a private patio overlooking the valley and mountains in the distance. We enjoyed that we had filter coffee with milk and homemade cookies! The kitchen is perfect for preparing meals. We opted for trying the restaurants and coffeeshops in town. Just ask Leo for advice, he will direct you to the best places.

Excellent hosts who welcome you like family and leave you home baked cookies but still give you your privacy. Leo was very communicative and helpful in letting us know about activities in the area. The accomodation far exceeded my expectations - it was spotlessly clean, super comfortable with all the small, convenient amenities and yet even had a generator for loadshedding.
