I liked the location of the place. The breakfast and room.

It would get very cold in the evenings. It would have been better if there was carpets in the room as well, as the floor was ceramic tiles.

Junior Staff

The supervisor (Lady) was rude. Cooking was completely not allowed yet they don't operate as a Hotel. Room was too cold. Heaters were not provided

The hospitality and the homely atmosphere it has. The staff was also freindly and even E-hailing transport was easily accesible unlike other locations around the city.

"I demand that we get compensation for the two (2) breakfasts that we paid and never received."

The property is beautiful

Breaking was horrible…the first day and… …They didn’t provided us with food packs prior to us running Cape Town Sanlam Marathon on Saturday and Sunday, meaning we paid for breakfast and it was not provided. The owner’s girlfriend or wife had a bad attitude towards us as guests, as she threw tantrums when being addressed with provisions of our breakfast, ultimately refusing to abide by hospitality regulations. I demand that we get compensation for the 2 breakfasts that we paid and never received. They should just close the Guesthouse as they can’t deal with distinguished guests like us…

The pool, breakfast, common area, the mini apartment is so spacious. Very quiet.

The room was cold. No AC or panel heater.
