GBGreat location as I was taking part in the Hastings 5 mile road race.
The host wasn't expecting us so the property hadn't been cleaned. He did rectify this but still wasn't a great start. The property has a kitchen but no proper cooking equipment like sharp knives, baking trays, spatulas, it literally has saucepans and an oven. The fridge is hidden behind the living room door. Everything is turned off with no note or instructions on how anything works. It has the potential to be a really good property but at the current time is really lacking in equipment to be able to make use of the kitchen.
