Appartamento nuovo, moderno, bella posizione tranquilla e vicino alla spiaggia.
Primi 2-3 giorni si sentiva un odore terribile oso definirlo una puzza terribile...abbiamo scoperto ché l'aria condizionata a causare questo disagio non da poco. E poco spazio nei utensili in cucina per mettere cose nostre...e si sentiva tutto dagli altri appartamenti nel residence. Sotto i materassi mettendo la biancheria era molto sporco molta polvere accumulata...sulle doghe.

"Keine Privatsphäre, sehr laut , sehr enger Parkplatz und sehr hellhörig"

Balkon direkt gegen über vom Sportplatz von 8 - 23 uhr nur Lärm , selbst in der Mittagsruhe nur Geschrei . Auch die Scheinwerfer haben sehr geblendet . Von Privatsphäre fehlt jede Spur . Ausstattung sehr mager . Toaster, Wasserkocher , Backofen , Schere etc. nicht vorhanden . Die TV Sender nur auf Italienisch .

Apartament był nowoczesny, dobrze wyposażony i sprawiał bardzo dobre pierwsze wrażenie. Lokalizacja również była wygodna, a sam obiekt wyglądał dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach.
Niestety przez cały pobyt w sypialni utrzymywał się bardzo silny zapach stęchlizny, prawdopodobnie pochodzący z zabudowy wokół łóżka. Mimo regularnego wietrzenia przez tydzień nie udało się go usunąć. Problem był na tyle uciążliwy, że musieliśmy spać odwrotnie na łóżku, aby ograniczyć odczuwanie zapachu. Znacznie obniżyło to komfort pobytu. Gdyby właściciel rozwiązał ten problem, ocena byłaby zdecydowanie wyższa.

Sehr modern und gut gelegen, nur 10 Minuten zum Strand. Zum Vaporetto (Venedig, Burano, Murano, Lido) sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto.
Die Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein. Es fehlen kleine Töpfe und z.B. Weingläser, …
