Lovely accommodation and host! It was very comfortable and well-equipped with all the essentials we needed. We really enjoyed our time there and if we ever return to DC, we’d definitely love to stay again.

Location was a comfortable friendly neighborhood. The parking was easy, the kitchen updated, attractive, and well stocked with necessary condiments, dishes, cooking utensils and pans, the bedrooms were comfortable, extra linens were available, the bathroom updated and supplies were plentiful, and the entire environment was very pleasant to come home to each evening.

I think this rental is exactly as advertised and is very representative of life in Washington D.C. This was precisely what I was desiring.

Very comfortable and cosy home, tastefully decorated and including all amenities - even washer and dryer and esentials like salt/peper/oil/vinegar/soap/dishwashing tablets were provided. The area is a calm and peaceful neighborhood, so the perfect setting to relax after spending the day sightseeing. There are a couple of personal items in the house, which for us gave it a subtle sense of pride and family history. We loved our stay here. Also, Candice (the host) was very friendly and approachable: she got in touch to check in on us just before check-in and check-out, making sure we had all we needed and could ask any question we had.

Nothing really, the house was exactly as the host described online.

I liked my whole experience from the time I booked my reservation. Candice was in communication with me right after booking the reservation. Upon arrival she gave me and my family some of her personal time to advise us on the areas of DC to go for a better shopping experience. He advice was really helpful.

I don't have any complaints pertaining to my stay at the host's home. The DC traffic? Now that's a different topic!

It’s a little far from the metro.

The house is well-equipped and the community is very safe. There is a dedicated parking space, and it is very convenient to call Uber to the city center.

An excellent clean and tidy home in a quiet neighbourhood with good parking directly outside and good value for money. I was unaware it had air conditioning which was a real bonus as Washington was experiencing a heatwave with the temperature over 100F when we visited.

It was a little bit of a distance to walk to central Washington, but by car it was only around 20 minutes and parking was fine (particularly on Sunday). Other than that nothing.
