Odore di muffa Mancava ogni tipo dii sapone in bagno C' e macchina caffè ma nemmeno 1 cialda La struttura pur avendo partita iva non rilascia fattura. Solo una ricevuta difficilmente detraibile per chi viaggia per affari. E questo dovrebbe essere dichiarato da booking all atto della prenotazione

La pulizia e il colore molto chiaro della struttura. Gentilissima la proprietaria che mi ha spiegato in dettaglio come entrare nell'appartamento.

Non c'era un servizio di colazione. Forse non era previsto nel pacchetto che ho comprato. Il bagno emanava un odore non buono specie se si attivava il Vortice di aspirazione dei fumi e che arrivava fino all'ingresso. Zona con parcheggio auto complicato. Più volte mi sono acchiappato a parole con delle persone che hanno un parcheggio privato che è vicino. Il deposito valigie dentro la casa è stato davvero stressante a causa di questi cafoni che entravano e uscivano dal parcheggio vicino nonostante mettevo l'auto con le 6 frecce attive per fargli capire che stavo facendo il trasporto delle valigie.

Good location, friendly and easy to communicate with the host. If the smell gets fixed it’s an amazing deal.

A very strong smell of mold, it’s clearly a problem that has to be fixed. The smell stays even after opening the window and door for a long time. A bit sad, since the rest was quite good.

Well furnished apartment.

The Scirocco House is difficult to locate from Genoa Central Station and may not be desirable for those wishing to tour Genoa on foot.

Nice good size and clean room. slightly out of the city centre but the location was still really good next to many restaurants, cafes and bars and only a 10 minute walk to the train station. Full kitchen facilities including fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher.

Only fault, slightly thin walls that let sound through from neighbours.

The host was very friendly and helpful, gave us all the necessary steps for the check,in and also permitted us to leave our luggage at the apartment before leaving for the airport on the day we left. The apartment was very close to everything, to the main shopping area and restaurants. It was situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood.

The apartment was situated at a ground level, having only one big window. The walls were a bit humid and had a smell of mold and because of this, the air inside was not so friendly. Also there was a bad smell coming from the plumbing from the bathroom as well. The liquid soap was almost ended and in the kitchen there were no sponges to clean the dishes. We also found some dishes that were not cleaned before.
