NZNZClear check-in instructions and the property was exactly as described. Bonus was the beautiful views of Mount Iron from the kitchen.
NZIt was ok, the fact it was on the top floor was no problem. Easy walk to town. We all parked on the street as the parking is not suitable for bigger vehicles.
Unfortunately, the bedding in the main room was off poor quality and stained, including the matress. The communication with Tanya started off well when we highlighted the bedding conditions, we were asked to hold off on placing feedback so she could rectify the situation. However, the next day and following days of multiple emails/messages from Tanya were not so good. If the bedding and amenities are upgraded to a reasonable standard, then it would be a nice place to stay. I've included photos of a couple of the stains on the matress and bedding.

There were no facecloths or hand towel. Water from shower leaked out bottom of door onto floor. Could not figure out to get normal/live tv channels and there were no instructions on how to do so.
NZNZHaving our own facilities was amazing, value for money was good and having a carpark on the property was great. The smart tv was also great to use while winding down. The two separate bedrooms were a good size and the shower pressure was amazing
The hob in the kitchen wouldn’t fit two pans on it. There wasn’t enough toilet paper or gas in the bbq. Beds were slightly stiff
AUHow design of apartment is good, the yoga mat really helped me to release the stress of my leg muscle after hiking.

No elevator. Too difficult for someone with luggages and kids. Body wash and hand soaps were overly diluted with water.
NZAs others have mentioned, and as stated in the booking, the accommodation is up stairs but it was fine. Be mindful if you have bags. It's a great location, we walked into town and back. The parking was easy, the apartment was clean and well equipped, everything you need.
The gym across the road was pretty busy so if you have the door / windows open it can be loud with cars arriving. But we weren't at the apartment that long so it wasn't too much of a bother.
