It’s about 30 mins drive from Hobbiton, and 15mins away from town. The house was perfect for the 5 of us. It’s clean and comfortable. And the family dog was so friendly , welcoming us on our first day.

The house was very comfortable . The kitchen is well set up for everyone. Furniture was very comfortable.

The vent in the bathroom was quite noisy during the wet and windy night.

This was a great place to stay! The location is beautiful, everything that we needed was there. We had a wedding to attend and the hosts were kind enough to let us check in an hour earlier so we had enough time to get to the wedding. Thank you so much!
