Brand New Cozy Room in Fernhill

Nothing We didn’t stay as the room was a converted garage with a commercial laundry next door in the other half of the garage.

The communication with the host was great, quick, helpful and respectful. Good location, comfortable bed and pillows, warm, good tv and shower. Overall clean. Not very spacious but good enough. You could hear people that live above walking up and down (a lot) and also the washing machine going but when it was time to sleep there was no noises so nothing to be concerned about. Earplugs were provided but we didn’t need to use them. Clear instructions from the hoist. It was enough for what we needed.

upstairs noise travels and can be disturbing at times. keep that in mind before booking, especially if you're a light sleeper! space is small, but it's good for a short stay or one/two people.

Great little studio, well set up with everything you need. Very small, but very well designed, so the small size doesn't matter. Its possible to walk into central Queenstown from here, 3.5km, plus buses and a cheap uber.
