Lighthouse Bingin - 360 view

We had a wonderful time at Lighthouse Bingin! This is one of those cases where the hotel fully lives up to its photos and even exceeds expectations. Special praise goes to the housekeeping. It was done daily and flawlessly: not a speck of dust, not a single hair — everything was perfectly clean throughout our stay. Before our arrival, the administrator kindly helped organize a bouquet of peonies for an additional fee, which was a lovely touch. We also had a late-night keyless check-in, which turned out to be extremely convenient since we arrived at around 2 a.m. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need. The location is great: it’s quiet and peaceful here, yet all the cafes, shops, and the beach are just a stone’s throw away. The service is top, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel is small, but that’s exactly where its charm lies — it feels very intimate and homey. And the view from the rooftop is simply breathtaking! We’ll definitely be back. We loved our stay at the Lighthouse. The room was huge and the balcony was so nice to chill in the day and evenings. It’s well located - very close to the main high street in Bingin. The staff were also lovely and the room was really clean. We’d definitely stay here again!

The architecture of the rooms and the balcony are very beautiful. The location is also quite convenient and not too far from the main attractions. The staff helped us with our luggage and also assisted us when our towel fell from the balcony into a tree. We add one more night to stay and they give us discount. It was nice.

Since we arrived early, our room was still occupied by other guests. The hotel manager knocked once and then opened the door while the previous guests’ belongings were still inside, saying that this would be our room. We found this inappropriate and a violation of privacy. On another morning, before 10 a.m., our door was knocked on rather aggressively for a trivial reason, forcing us to wake up. Even though the manager knew we were inside the room, he knocked and then opened the door with his key card before we even had time to get out of bed. We considered this behavior rude and unacceptable. The manager also repeatedly sent us WhatsApp messages regarding payment, despite the fact that we had no overdue balance and had already informed him when we would pay. Receiving persistent payment reminders two days before our departure was uncomfortable and unnecessary. We saw geckos inside the building and discovered that one had been in our room on our last night as well. Housekeeping seemed limited to replacing water, towels, and emptying the trash. Our bed was made, but the bedsheets were not changed even though they were dirty. Overall, we did not feel particularly comfortable, secure, or at ease during our stay. Finally, the pool is very small. If you are expecting a proper swimming pool experience, you may be disappointed. Beach clubs are a much better option.

Вид из номера и собственная терраса просто невероятные! В каждом номере есть коврики для йоги, в общем коридоре небольшие гантели для занятий. Бассейн был чистым и приятным, территория ухожена и спокойная. На крыше также оборудована зона отдыха костровой чашей. Уборка была каждый день, пополнялись также бутылки с водой в номере, в ванной косметика Sensatia Botanicals. Персонал очень приветливый и дружелюбный. Я несомненно вернусь сюда еще раз! Я также посоветовала этот отель своему другу, который отправился в отпуск сразу после меня, он забронировал номер в Lighthouse Bingin - 360 view и остался доволен!
