"Gorgeous, spacious layout, amazing sunset deck, great family dining, and prime Kuantan/beach location."

An incredible villa with a beautiful, spacious design! The sunset views from the top deck are unmatched, and the outdoor dining area was perfect for our small family gathering. To top it off, the location is fantastic—very close to Kuantan City Centre, Teluk Cempedak, and a few other beautiful beaches. Staff was very friendly and check in guide is excellent.

The villa needs a bit of detailed touch-up and a deeper clean. We also couldn't find the pool filter switch, which left us a bit uncertain about the water cleanliness. Lastly, we highly recommend upgrading the pillows and mattresses to a standard comfort level; the current ones are uncomfortable and make a loud plastic sound when you sleep on them.

..pool Water was so cloudy …kitchen not that clean and kitchen flooring alot of stain marks …remote aircon totally being locked unable to set.

- The house is very spacious, many areas to relax and very accommodating for big families. - The entertainment is top notch - There was a lot of plug points which is very convenient for everyone - The bathroom was clean and equipped with shampoo and body wash. - Parking within the compound was great, enough to fit 4 cars. - All of the Air Conditioning was working and all the areas of the house was cold.

- The swimming pool’s filter wasn’t working, needs improvement. - Karaoke machine was great but we wished the karaoke had more song options.

Pro 1) ok spacious 2) towel provided 3) snooker table

Cons 1) few units air cond x function (faulty), fixed 1 unit saja and other unit they cant’ fix it, they just sent 2 cooler as a replacement 2) pool dirty cannot swim , oily and even guna & green dirty Pool 3) shower gels and shampoo not being fill up so we used our own shampoo and shower gel
