"nice stay. convenient."

location, comfort, nice gym and pool, got one parking spot, direct access to Kokas Mall.

We hebben tien nachten verbleven in het appartement en een fijn verblijf gehad! Het is een schoon en compleet ingericht appartement met twee slaapkamers. Vanuit het appartementencomplex is de mall Kota Kasablanka met een ruim aanbod van winkels en restaurants makkelijk te bereiken. Ook de centrale ligging in Jakarta is prettig. We komen hier vast nog wel eens terug!

De douchekophouder was enigszins gebroken en zou vervangen mogen worden.

"Very Bad service and beware of your deposit issue"

When check in time they need you to pay upfront deposit immediately and when check out time (nobody follow on the deposit issue and also empty promise for the date of returning my deposit)!!! If I’m not keeping asking for my fund deposit and for sure the management team just leave it and maybe holding my deposit as long as they want)!! Terrible of the management teams!!!

1.Good security,there is always staff at the lobby.Quiet & private area. 2.Connected to Kokas Mall,there is a supermarket to get groceries.Lots of places to eat.Lots of places for children to play. 3.Everything is provided,kitchen utensils,microwave,rice cooker,kettle,water dispenser,rack to hang clothes,iron,washing machine.

الشقةً جيده جدا ونظيفه قريبه من الخدمات من نفس البرج تخش ع مول كازابلانكا ادا تبي شي الوكاله اللي تدير الشقق تاخد عربون ضمان بحدود750 الف روبية قابل للاسترداد بعد check out من 7-14 يوم عمل التحويل عبر رابط يرسلون لك

عربون الضمان ادا يكون كاش افضل بالاضافه لتحويل …كمان انتظار قرابه الأسبوعين علشان يرجع

1. The apartment is comfortable 2. Near Kasablanca shopping mall 3. Staff wonderful. Friendly and responsible. Respond to any inquiry before and after. They attended to any problems very fast 4. Easy to take cab and Grab 5. The security guards were very friendly and greeted the guests with smiles

"Great property and location, management communication with guests sucks"

Location and everything was clean and comfortable

They have so many follow up emails and messages regarding paying 2 million deposit even if my card has been charged by booking.com for the stay and even if I said I will settle the bill in the property. It made me feel like they are too pushy for the payment as if I am unable to pay. The management should look into this as I felt its annoying and disrespectful
