"Short notice North East visit."

Warm property with total visitor control, excellent! Clean linen and towels. Really fast WiFi, good large TV but could be confusing for the older generation. Loved the fact that it's dog friendly.

The decor needed a little attention and the cleaning team need to get on the case, bits not vacuumed up in the bathroom and one of the bedrooms. The bath itself had a tide mark that had not be cleaned off! Some fittings in the bathroom were loose. Outside the green bin didn't have a lid and was overflowing, not pretty. Rear area wasn't clean or tidy.
