"Very short stay, but very comfortable."

It was very conveniently located. Very spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows were so comfortable.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

"Heart of Kirkwall"

Location was brilliant, very central and easy to walk everywhere in Kirkwall. We were really close to an Italian restaurant and a wonderful whisky bar

Bed too short for me at 6' 2".

"Comfortable room, good coffee, shame about the key"

Kitchen had, unexpectedly, a range of beverages and food for breakfast.

Door was left open for our arrival, but we were not expecting this. We had a pin code, but could not get the lock box to open. Rang the host to help us, but no answer. Found door open by accident, but no key inside, so could not go out until we were ready to leave. Host replied to missed call after we had checked out, did not know the lock box was not working and thanked s for letting her know.

"Lovely place, lovely people, unbelievable value for money."

Good location, thoroughly cleaned before my stay. Very comfortable and cosy, fire and heating warmed up place very well. Nice little touches from owners.

Location, welcome note and basket, with local shortbread, jam and a squeaky ball for our dog.

Remote parking and slightly tricky to find.

"Perfect place to stay in central Kirkwall"

Beautiful quirky little studio in the centre of Kirkwall. The little touches from the host were really appreciated (by us and our dog). Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Shower wasn’t the greatest (but that is more likely due to water pressure on island than the property itself)
