Studio was central and it was fairly comfortable.

The window box was lacking in flowers. It looked pretty dismal.

Nothing it was perfect

Good location in central Kirkwall, everywhere including bus and ferry within walking distance. Well equipped kitchen and good information about various switches etc.

The view, it is of the bins! Also despite all the information there was nothing about what to do with recycling or a recycling bin.

Well located, warm, clean. Felt like a home.

Everything is perfect. The host is very kind and we were allowed to late check out.

The studio is located centrally in Kirkwall, with shops, restaurants and cathedral in the immediate vicinity. It is spacious (with hall, bedroom/lounge, bathroom and a well equipped kitchen) and its interior has a homely feel, with great attention to detail.

Car is allowed only for access, with 20 minutes parking max. However the spacious waterfront east car park is at walking distance and provides long stay parking for free!

Location right in heart of kirkwall

Lack of information on access we parked in long stay and had to haul cases a good distance but you can stop for a short period right next to accomodation to unload or load luggage

Once we found it it was a fantastic spot to explore from. Comfortable even if the shower is a bit teeny. Washing machine was a big plus.

A little bit hard to find, but that’s part of the adventure, isn’t it? Was a great 2 day break for us- even though it’s small it’s still way more space than a B and B set up. However, if you are an oversized person the shower will be difficult for you.
