Fantastic location right on the Bay. Easy to find. Easy access instructions. Clean an comfortable inside. Ideal size. Modern. Friendly and helpful hosts. Easy to communicate with hosts.

Empty beer cans on balcony. Something in the main bathroom was leaking under the skirting board into the hallway (not sure if shower or sink).

It was really lovely 5days stay at Cardiff Bay area. giant wheel, wales millineum centre are right infront the building. Amazing place, everything close by. Tesco, Sainsbury's & good restaurants were just downstairs. Spacious, with balcony too. The roof top terrace was amazing. Easy access with lift. Response from host was quick for everything we needed. Super easy check in process. Bus stop just 50 mtrs away. Will defenitely return.

Almost nothing. Just that the washing machine comes without dryer, so we need to dry our clothes on the rack at the balcony.

Location, cleanliness and facilities

No WiFi connection, it was v poor. Main bedroom mattress could be better as it was quite uncomfortable

The location for the bay is perfect. the apartment was very clean and tidy and quiet. The beds were comfy.

The WiFi did not work at all during our 2 night stay. The living room ceiling lights did not work.

Excellent communication from the host - specific directions, codes etc sent on morning of arrival. Particularly appreciated the follow up messages to ensure we had got in ok and everything was as we wanted. Lovely clean and spacious apartment. Comfy beds, plenty of wardrobe space, spacious lounge with a balcony, dining table, well equipped kitchen, lovely showers (one with a bath). Views across the Bay from the roof terrace. Perfect location in the Bay. We arrived by train into the city then saw the museum, castle and Stadium before catching the Aquabus from Bute Park to the Bay our first day. Loads of restaurants next door for dinner or Tesco for shopping. Caught the bus from around the corner to Llandaff Cathedral then walked the parks back to town, caught another bus to Penarth Pier and walked back across the Barrage to the Bay - so ideally situated with loads of public transport available if you didn't have a car. Millennium Centre opposite for shows but we didn't partake this time.

All was good, no negatives.
