3 Bedroom House in Loughborough

Comfortable. Brew kit available which was great as we only stayed one night and didn’t take any supplies. Excellent communication with the owner

The property has off road parking

It wasn’t clean The washing machine did not work and had stagnant water in it Sauce pans were dirty Shower was not clean Window sills had not been cleaned for sometime (dirt and dead flies on them)

Easy to access house, spacious garden, rooms as pictured.

The whole house smelled like a smoker used to live there. Musty and a bit dank and the shower wasn’t very clean at all. Both toilets super claustrophobic, especially the one in the bedroom you couldn’t close the door whilst sat on it.

Nice living room, big TV, great value for money, good to be able to park on the drive. Easy to find. Great for one night functional stay (like a well presented clean student house), but not a place I'd use as a holiday base.

The downstairs bathroom automatically locks after you come out, so we thought someone had broken in and was using the bathroom! It would be good to put a notice on the bathroom door saying so :)

Location was good for us getting to The National Water Sports Centre (28 minutes) Off-road parking for two cars was really good. Provided just about everything we needed Close proximity to shops for anything we needed

Someone in the road was having a party that was quite noisy. Could do with some oven gloves, wooden spoon and a cheese grater. There were also only 3 forks and there were 4 of us.

The house was just filthy. I will attach a few photos. The bags in the bedroom weren't ours. It had a very funny smell in the house also.

Location

Toilet and shower are old not so clean front door and back door could also do with refurbishing/ upgrading. Heating not easy to use.
