Zephyros Villas - Agios Nikitas

Clean, spacious, well-equipped apartment, with an extremely kind and flexible host. The house is close to the nicest beaches of the island. We travelled as 2 couples and it was the perfect fit; 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms.

Staying at this lovely Villa made our trip! Kostas (our host) was incredibly accommodating, super friendly and had the best tips. He set the tone for our stay, and made us feel very welcome! The beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning works very well (especially considering the Greek heatwave) and the pool was perfect after a day on the beach. The BBQ area is also very comfortable, we enjoyed a lazy afternoon eating by the pool. The bathrooms are very clean, and good water pressure (which is hard to come by on the island). The room on the top floor has a spectacular view of the sunset as well! I would highly recommend Zephyros Villas, and we intend to return!

Nothing

Everything was perfect. Full kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom, living room. The pool, the BBQ and outdoor furniture are perfect for lounging and relaxing after spending all day at the beach!

Nothing!

Perfectly sized place for a honeymoon. Villa had an amazing view to watch the sun set. The area was well covered and clean, including the private pool. Not sure if this was on purpose or from the heat of the day, but the pool water stayed warm even at night.

The surrounsing fence was a bit visible through gaps from the other neighboring villas. No problems otherwise.

Everything!! Especially the pool. Huge outdoor area, with very comortable loungers, chairs, outdoor dining. The sunset views from the upper balcony, amazing! The photos absolutely did not do this property justice. So much more beautiful in reality. Had everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds, great water pressure for showers. Would not look to book any other place if I were to return to Lefkada. Our host Kostas was the nicest guy. Nothing was ever an issue for him. Went on and beyond to assist us with anything. So friendly, and efficient. Responded to any message within seconds. Gave us so much information when he greeted us on arrival and many suggestions for restaurants, beaches.

Superbly presented in all aspects. Modern, excellent attention to detail inside and out. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will experience.

Would have loved to have stayed longer!

The villa was immaculate and the beds were super comfy. It had everything you needed.

The swimming pool isn’t heated so it looks lovely but we couldn’t use it sadly. The sea was warmer!!

The owner was very friendly & helpful, the property is clean and modern, kitchen equipped with everything you need, the pool is amazing. The downstairs terrace is spacious, you can spend an enitire day there at the pool, and the upstairs terrace has beautiful views of the sea and the sunset over the tree tops. The property is close to Agios Nikitas (3km), also 5 and 15 min away by car from 2 of the nicest restaurants with a view we have been to (Amente, Fly Me).
