Casa Vacanza Sa dommu de Teresa

Ottima posizione per questa casa singola nel piccolo villaggio di Nebida, punto strategico qui nel Sulcis. La casa è ad un passo da tutti i ristorantini/bar della città e a meno di 20 min dalle spiaggie principali. La casa ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno medio/breve, bellissima veranda con vista e parcheggio privato nel cortiletto della proprietà. Camera da letto spaziosa, con ampio armadio e più cuscini disponibili. Un secondo divano letto messo a disposizione e cucina vivibile con tutto il necessario, macchina da caffe e forno+fornetto. Un bagno semplice ma tutto sommato funzionale, abbiamo trovato shampoo, bagnoschiuma e dentifricio oltre ad un asciugacapelli e biancheria con 2 set di asciugamani. Propietario molto presente e reattivo nelle risposte, pronto ad aiutare e risolvere ogni dubbio. Bonus: simpatico gattino fa regolarmente visita alla struttura.

Le uniche pecche che mi possono venire in mente, ma abbastanza superflue sono: - mancanza di wifi: chi come noi ha un roaming dati limitato può essere un po' invalidante, ma personalmente non è stato un grosso disturbo e ci ha permesso di riconnetterci con la realtà. - Sistema del cancello con lucchetto esterno un po' scomodo.

l'espace disponible et le toit qui fait de l'ombre devant la maison. Dommage qu'il ne soit pas plus long pour protéger la chambre à coucher du soleil couchant.

la cabine de douche est complètement insuffisante. Bien trop petite et bricolée pour ne pas fuir. La maison est difficile à trouver la première fois et un plan aurait été appréciable car le numéro de la maison ne suit pas l'ordre des autres habitations. Le logement est sur un coteau très raide et il faut être habitué à conduire sur des routes très pentues et pas toujours en bon état. La localisation GPS ne fonctionne pas toujours.

The house has everything you need for a few days of vacation. It’s ideally located in the village, and the covered veranda is a great spot to relax, even on rainy days. Communication with the host was smooth, and having a free parking space on the property was very convenient.

The address was a bit tricky to find using Google Maps, and the driveway to the parking spot requires a bit of maneuvering. The shower is quite small. The interior is very eclectic, with lots of decorative items and a mix of different styles. It feels a bit cluttered.

All was perfect. Well equiped house with all comfort. Very fast and helpful communication. We felt like home.

A house with an unmistakable and lovely atmosphere in an enclosed garden. Older equipment, outdoor terrace with sea view, parking place in the garden. Good communication with the host.

I really liked the garden, the terrace and the eclectic atmosphere of the whole house. It's not just an impersonal accommodation, you can immediately feel at home! Don't come here for luxury, but do come if you want a special little house with a charming garden among the bigger apartment houses.

I think having wifi would be great!
