Beachside Retreat, Steps to Kos

The house was really nice and big for the price! The airco works really well and there is one in every room. The house is close to all the good stuff (bakery, supermarket, beach, bar street, etc.) Also a nice girl named Valia who helps you with stuff regarding the house via whatsapp.

The bathrooms are a bit small and outdated, one shower is really narrow

Biz 5 arkadaş konakladık. Evin konumu mükemmel. Her şey çok yakınımızdaydı. Kos merkezi tamamen yürüyerek gezdik. Restaurantlar ve beachler çok yakınımızdaydı. Ev sahibi çok yardımseverdi. Tüm mesajlarımıza gecikme olmaksızın dönüş yaptı. Tekrar konaklayacak olsam yine seçerdim.

Bulaşık süngeri bulunmasını isterdim.

Nothing to complain

Spacious property which easily accommodated our group of 7 adults

Advertised as ‘air conditioned’ but there was just one air con unit in the large open plan lounge area and no others in the property. This meant that there wasn’t anywhere in the property that actually felt like it had air conditioning. The bedrooms had ceiling fans but they just served to circulate the warm air around. Whilst the apartment is only a short stroll to the beach it is located on quite a busy road rather than being ‘beachside’ as the title would suggest. The road noise at night meant that leaving windows open wasn’t an option to try and cool the apartment down.

Merkezi konumu, mutfaktaki espresso makinesi, havlular ve 2 banyo ve wc olması iyiydi. Mutfakta her şey vardı. Evde yemek hazırlamak isterseniz bunu yapabilecek her şey var.

Mobilyalar, eşyalar biraz eskiydi.

Shower head was a bit broken, sink and shower could be renovated for score 10, otherwise everything was great.

Wszystko działało ,można było coś ugotować w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, piekarnik tylko dziwnie działa. Pralka żelazko nawet deska do prasowania.W okolicy można znaleźć miejsce parkingowe. Blisko do centrum na piechotę oraz do większego marketu 3 minuty. Wokół mieszkają lokalni mieszkańcy cicho i spokojnie. Na oknach okiennice

Jedna centralna klimatyzacja zamontowana w kuchni z salonem, natomiast w sypialniach trzech pokojach tylko wiatraki...

Location and size

Some beds are not comportable for 5 person. There was a lot of noise coming from upstairs at night, early in the morning.

We had a lovely stay in Kos town and would recommend Beachside retreat. It was a really large, clean apartment, plenty of space. The location is excellent, very close to the beach and many restaurants, also within walking distance to the port and about 30 minutes drive from the airport. Wi-fi signal was very good, we could work remotely with no problem’s. Air conditioning unit kept the place cool and was relatively quiet. Owner is friendly, very helpful and easy to contact

Small things but worth noting. The apartment is a little dated in places, especially both the bathrooms, but it’s in keeping with the area and everything was in working condition. The beds and pillows are pretty firn - obviously that’s a personal preference, but I wish I’d taken a pillow from home. Parking outside the apartment seemed quite tricky at times, although lots of side streets nearby
