You need to pick up the keys from the locker located in the office, it is 1400 meters from the apartment. Very convenient, but not for guests. For a three-night stay they provided us with three coffee capsules)) no oil, no pepper, just salt and sugar... But the most important thing is that in january we chose accommodation with fireplaces. The fireplace was in the photo, it was in the list of facilities and it was written about in the description text. In fact, in both apartments there was a large sign on the fireplaces prohibiting the use. After contacting the host, they told us that they consider the use of fireplaces "energetically abusive"... Allegedly, the use of fireplaces is prohibited by the government. They did not provide us with any supporting documents and suggested calling the prefecture. Smoke was coming out of the chimneys of all the neighboring houses. Then the host accused Booking.com of an incorrect description, although booking confirmed that the owner chooses the set of options by himself. Later the host simply removed the fireplace from the list of options on website. The host refused to provide any compensation. I would call this unprofessionalism and scam action. I think there is nothing more expected and pleasant in winter than sitting with a glass of wine by the fireplace after skiing. These guys just ruined our mood for the whole week of vacation at my expense
