"Really bad staff, rude and unprofessional."

Clean room, decent location.

The person at the reception told me the check in time is 3:00 and asked for 500 extra for checking in early. The check-in time is clearly written as 2:00 but he didn't listen to me. Also very unprofessional and rude staff, when I asked for a dustbin, because there wasn't one in the room he told me to "get it myself from the upper floor".
