The parking was way too far from the unit.The instructions wasn't that clear...we were told parkingbay 92 it was actually 97.We had to go buy our own batteries for the TV remotes.only 1 used toilet paper for the 4 days,we had to go buy our own.

The place not cleaned dirty toiletpaper left in toilet, when we received venue. Could not find the remote for aircon. TV remote no batteries so could not be used. Dirty papers on couch and impression of not clean.

Damp smell. Shower floor tiles need good scrub. Too noisy with traffic. Not disability friendly at all

The struggle with wifi connection.

Everything you would need in a studio apartment. The washing machine was a bonus.

I got instructions 2 fetch the key in Heiderand n after getting there was told the keys are at the property. The door needs 2 be oiled, very hard 2 open. The blinds 2 the front windows were broken so people from the street could see in. The TV didn't work. The apartment smelled like sewerage n it came from the bathroom right in the bedroom. We didn't eat in the apartment the whole weekend as the smell was so bad. The shower was very dirty, we had to buy shower slippers. I will never rent that unit again. I've stayed at Nautica before in a different unit that was lovely but will never rent unit 8 ever again!

No blankets for the sleeper couch, my little brother had to lay with me in the bed because of how cold it was. No iron either so I had to use a hot pot to iron my clothes.
