Location close to the Railway Station. Room was good.

Lift was not working and hotel is on the fifth floor. Complimentary breakfast was not available even at 8:15 in the morning, had to go without breakfast. Towels had holes.

The entrance to the building is in a deep down basement garage where men are repairing cars. The lift to the 5th floor simply doesn't work and there is huge pile of garbage all around at the lift entrance and staircase in case anyone has the courage to take it (see pics attached) It is super dangerous for anyone to walk around in the underground basement garage to look for hotel lift that just doesn't work!! A single female traveller like me can seriously get robbed mugged or even raped & killed in that dingy shady dangerous place and no one will notice i seriously asked OYO to send an inspector to go and check that shady scary place on their own bcoz it can cause terrible damage to OYO's reputation if they have any left!!!!

Hotel ka experience bahut accha raha. Room clean aur comfortable tha, staff bhi friendly tha aur har request pe turant help karte the. Location bhi convenient hai, aas paas sab facilities easily mil jaati hain. Khana bhi tasty tha. Overall stay kaafi accha laga, definitely recommend everyone.

I had come to this city for an important business meeting and was a little worried about how things would go. From the moment I checked in, the staff made everything so easy for me. They quickly arranged a clean, comfortable room where I could prepare my presentation peacefully. Next morning, I needed some prints urgently and didn't know where to go, but the reception team immediately guided me and even helped me get it done on time. The breakfast was served on time, which really saved me before rushing to the meeting. Thanks to their support and smooth facilities, my stay was stress-free and I could fully focus on my work. This hotel is not just about rooms and food, it's about people who genuinely care about your comfort.
