"Goo value for money"

Great hotel with clean rooms and excellent service. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again. The staff was very polite and helpful throughout my stay.

The breakfast choices were quite limited.

Everything was good .especially "Marianna" behaviour and dealing was wonderful, she is very responsible staff and also have ability to understand costumer preferences.

Wifi services was not too good .

Exceptional Experience at Hotel One Tower I had an excellent stay at Hotel One Tower. From the moment I arrived, the service was smooth, professional, and welcoming. I would especially like to appreciate Ms. Shanzay at the reception, who truly elevated the experience with her outstanding hospitality. She handled everything with efficiency, a professional attitude, and a very warm approach. Her communication, courtesy, and quick assistance set a great standard for the hotel. Check-in was fast, the information provided was clear, and she made sure every detail was taken care of. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall environment was peaceful and well-managed. Highly recommend this property, and a special thank you to Shanzay for her exceptional customer service. Will definitely stay again
