Check in is good

Room size and the internet was not working on the TV, due to which I had to use my personal mobile hotspot to access the internet. An IT/Maintenance staff member visited to resolve the issue; however, his behaviour was unprofessional. He was arrogant and did not communicate in a polite or customer-friendly manner. Additionally, during breakfast time, when I selected a cappuccino from the coffee machine, only hot milk was dispensed. There were no coffee beans available in the machine at that time, which caused inconvenience.
