Sehr Sauber, große Zimmer, schöner Ausblick auf die Berge, richtig gutes Essen und sehr freundliches Personal.

The staff were so friendly and even stayed past the reception hours to receive me. The room was very nice and big and the breakfast was incredible. The views from the lovely balconies were beautiful. If you are looking for a stay in Lombok that is not in touristy Kuta then this is a good option.

The toilet in my room did not work and often the water didn't work. The location is also very far from the airport so transport is quite expensive.

Such nice people who are so service-minded and helpful.

The location is far from everything and takes about two hours from Praya.

La zona del comedor era preciosa, la habitación era amplia limpia y muy cómoda. La comida estaba toda buenísima. Y los trabajadores son super serviciales y simpáticos. Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado y vinieron a ayudarnos muy amablemente

el aíre no tenía mucha potencia, pero no pasamos calor.

La habitación era amplia y todo se veía bastante limpio. El desayuno no estaba mal para estar incluido en el precio. Las opciones de comida en el restaurante eran bastante limitadas.

Cuando te duchabas se perdía la presión del agua y a veces te quedabas sin agua. Desde muy temprano (5AM aprox) se escuchaba muy fuerte los cantos de la mezquita y llegó a ser muy incómodo. Además, durante nuestra estancia no funcionó el wifi en ningún momento.

Cet hôtel est une jolie pépite qui mérite d'être connue. La chambre est grande, propre, bouteille d'eau, shampoing à disposition. La cuisine du restaurant est délicieuse, peu chère, les plats sont joliment présentés. Une attention particulière est portée sur le jardin où des arbres centenaires donnent une ambiance majestueuse au lieu. Quant aux personnels ils sont exceptionnels, toujours souriants, disponibles pour répondre à nos demandes. Notre hôte a eu la gentillesse de nous organiser une sortie en mer pour découvrir les îles Kondo et nous a même accompagné durant cette journée extraordinaire. Aucun doute à avoir si vous cherchez un hôtel dans ce secteur c'est LE LIEU où séjourner.

Die Anlage ist schön angelegt. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und hat sehr viele Annehmlichkeiten (Gut riechende Pflegeprodukte, Wasserkocher). Sehr zu empfehlen.
