Something a little bit special!

Lovely clean apartment, very modern, close to seafront, very quiet, excellent facilities - would book again.

Bigger towels, no control for heating but when it came on it was very efficient.

It was like home from home and we found it met our needs very well. The location was very central and convenient for the seafront and shops. Communication with the owner was also good. No problems at all.

Minor thing really but it was difficult to access the freezer fully due to the door frame.

Location was excellent, the flat was small and in the main perfectly formed for a few nights stay. Decorated with very good taste, very comfortable beds for a good night's sleep.

Some minor issues on arrival, crumbs all around the toaster and on the sofa. Hairs and debris in the bath. Carpet in the larger bedroom is very stained. In the main clean but more attention to detail required.

Good location, easy walk to seafront and shops. Quiet area at night. Well equipped kitchen and good sized bedrooms.

Property would benefit from a deep clean as carpets and sofa stained. No off road parking and street parking was full. Sadly there was noise from building work on site everyday.

Great location, easy to walk into town or the prom if needed! We asked for two king size beds and got king size beds which was really good. All on the ground floor, great for people with mobility issues/disabilities.

When we arrived, it was clear the place had not been properly cleaned. We had to go and buy cleaning products, such as spray and cloths as the floor in the bathroom had marks from trainers. One of the handles on the drawers in one of the bedroom was completely broken, which could have easily been fixed. We found hairs in the bath which meant we couldn’t use the bath. There was food left in the fridge from the stay before us. Unfortunately, we found out ourselves that the parking space at the house wasn’t there anymore, even though we were told there would be a parking space when we booked. Had the parking change been mentioned to us prior, it would have been fine but it added the stress of trying to fight for parking in the summer holidays.

The furniture and fittings were good

Shower was hot and cold needs new shower pipe. Cupboard in kitchen needs a good clean out. And extractor fan was not clean in kitchen. The front gate is falling off needs repairing.no pillow protector on pillows.

All on ground floor, ideal for elderly member of family. Managed to park on street outside property. Free wi-fi. Short walk to main shopping area and prom.

Everything was as said, clean, staff very friendly, ideal location, very good value for money.

Water flow in shower could be a bit better.
