Something a little bit special!

Excellent location, quiet area but close to everything

We booked this trip spontaneously and fell in love with Wales. The host was super responsive, the property exceeded our expectations and was very placed. We had the most wonderful time in Llandudno walking along the pier and beautiful seaside, kids loved their short spell at the arcade and also learned how to crab; we also went up the summit on a Great Orme Tramway, took bus to Conwy castle and spent the entire day exploring Conwy (had the most amazing ice cream at Parisella's ice cream parlour and visited the smallest house in GB). I wish we booked a longer stay so that we could go hiking and explore local caves and mines, visit Portmeirion as well as Caernarfon - so many reasons to return! :)

Good location great size bedrooms.good off road parking.

Kitchen tap broken.handle of bedroom drawers broken off left on top of drawers.shower curtain could do with a wash.could perhaps do with a deep clean.

I loved this place. It was clean and tidy on arrival and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us and would definitely stay again.

One of the mattress’s was a little lumpy in places however the pullout sofa was surprisingly comfortable.

Conveniently located. Ideal set up for two friends traveling. Clean.

When you opened the door in the lounge the little yard had a nasty smell,

Excellent location, more than comfortable for three adults and one child.
