Great view. The house is located on a mountain in a picturesque location. The house is not hot even with the air conditioning turned off. A cool breeze blows from the sea. We got a secluded area for our family. The house has everything you need for relaxation.

The house is located far from the beaches and the center of Sperlonga. Drive along the serpentine for about 12-15 minutes.(8 kilometres). You need to understand that you definitely need a car. You need to get to the beach and the city by car. This suited us quite well. Since in return we got a rest in nature away from the bustle of the city
