Very clean and comfortable. Located very close to the city centre and convenient parking to the rear.

Balcony didn’t exist! Stated as 6/7 beds only 4 small single which were not comfortable at alllll. Management team the rudest ever even made threats I have all his voice notes even tho he quickly deleted them but luckily I had them saved. They will be soon be played in court as that wasn’t acceptable at all. Avoid staying with these at all costs.

Leider war es im Bad sehr kalt, da der Bad-Heizkörper nicht funktionierte.

The apartment was excellent and in a good location. The host asked us prior to our arrival to take the ground floor apartment. We left the place clean and tidy but I was contacted afterwards by the host who accused us of smoking weed in his property. I was astounded that he should accuse my daughter and I of such a thing. We were in Cardiff for a family reunion and we agreed we would book again next May but there is no way I would return to this accommodation.I have used Booking.com for many years and have never had any problems.

The attitude of the host!

Excellent location and having a parking space was a big plus. We actually stayed in the downstairs flat which was identical to this but also had an ensuite. Beautifully decorated,very clean. Entry by lockbox so great for our adult children as no chance of losing the key and we could go in and out when we wanted.

Just a couple of suggestions to improve even more. As we like to self cater it would be good to add an extra oven tray and some oven gloves.

We were given the details to the incorrect apartment. This meant upon arrival we were actually trying to get into an already occupied apartment. Apparently there was a miscommunication and we weren't told, which is fair enough, it happens. However I messaged the property through booking, their direct email and instagram as well as calling and texting for an hour straight before anyone got back in touch with the correct property details. The curtains in the front bedroom were paper thing, so unless you want to be waking up at sunrise bring an eye mask.
