Außergewöhnliche Maisonette-Wohnung mit Glasdecke. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr bequemes großes Bett. Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Freundliche Gastgeber, gute Kommunikation.

Ein Kleiderschrank und eine Sitzgelegenheit außer den beiden Küchenstühlen wären empfehlenswert. Im Inserat werden eine Terasse mit Tisch und Stühlen angegeben, diese gehören jedoch zu einem anderen Appartment.

le logement est tres fonctionnel , a 2 pas du parking et bien équipé . il est tout pres du marché et du centre ville d'ORTIGIA! Emplacement parfait! les instructions de l'hote sont tres complète pour acceder au parking TALETE.

Secondo la mia opinione i punti di forza sono stati: Posizione, accoglienza dei gestori ed immobile ristrutturato. Apprezzato anche l'impianto di climatizzazione.

Nel complesso l'alloggio si presenta piuttosto umido, piccolo e poco luminoso. Per un po' di luce in più è possibile aprire le piccole finestre, ma essendo al piano terra i passanti vedono l'interno dell'alloggio. La pressione della doccia è irrisoria, ma purtroppo sembra essere un problema generalizzato in Ortigia.

Emplacement idéal dans Syracuse, en plein centre dans une rue calme. Logement assez spacieux pour deux et propre.

Problème de débit d’eau dans la douche. Légèrement bruyant.

I would recommend a change of pillows. They were ok but a bit lumpy
