Apartman blizu centra. Parking meata dovoljno.

Apartman je blizu centra na nekih 15 minuta laganog hoda. U apartmanu ima sve sto vam je potrebno. Parking ispred kuće tako da ste i sto se toga tice bezbedni.

Sve je u redu manje vise jedno neka kesica čaja i kafe nebi bilo loše da ima kao znak dobrodošlice.

It's close to the center, the street is quiet and there is street parking that you pay for yourself. The neighborhood seems normal.

The plan was to stay with my family for two nights. The owner sent us the check-in information via WhatsApp and we easily got the keys. When we entered the accommodation, we were greeted by an unpleasant smell, right from the front door. My wife and I checked the rooms and saw that the floor had not been wiped, the chairs in the kitchen were greasy with food, the fridge was dirty inside, there were stains on the bed linen, the toilet was dirty with obvious signs of use. Unfortunately, the room has not been cleaned for I don't know since when. I decide to contact the owner and suggest that I stay one night and change accommodation for the second night and send him all the pictures in which I complain about the cleanliness described above. The owner neatly answers me to all of this that I cannot stay one night because that is not possible with them, but to cancel the reservation without any compensation. I cancel the reservation and leave the facility neatly. After 30 minutes, I received pictures from the owner on WhatsApp, the facade and the entrance to the building. The message said that he was kind to me and I was not. The message continued that the neighbor saw that I damaged the facade of the building and that he would seek compensation through Booking. I politely replied that I did not damage any of the above and that I do not understand how the neighbor saw it, in any case I suggest that the police be called and that I will hire a lawyer for such accusations. In my opinion, this is a scam that would unfortunately work with someone else and that is how they extract financial compensation for something you did not do in order to avoid problems. I definitely wrote to Booking support and I have the correspondence as a guarantee that I did not make anything up.

De cum am luat legatura cu doamna responsabila de administrarea proprietatii, parca mi s-a taiat entuziasmul de a mai ajunge la aceasta cazare, desi m-am prezentat, respectiva nu a depus niciun efort, intrebandu-ma tot pe mine la ce apartament am rezervat. Am sunat cu o zi inainte ca sa anuntam ca nu stim exact ora la care ajungem si cum procedam ca sa nu fie cineva nevoit sa stea dupa noi, am fost repezita spunandu-mi ca voi primi toate informatiile pe booking ziua urmatoare. Informatia a fost sa trimit o poza cu buletinul pe un nr de whatsapp ca mai apoi sa primesc si mai multe informatii, zis si facut, insa pana nu am ajuns pe strada proprietatii si am sunat-o din nou pe respectiva, mesajul a fost ignorat cu desavarsire, ba chiar mi-a spus ca nu a primit nimic, desi acesta era livrat de ore bune. Toate acestea si procesul alambicat pentru check in si plata m-au facut sa ma simt ca intr-un joc care mi-a dat dureri de cap timp de 30 de minute. La capitolul curatenie lasa de dorit, pe cat si la facilitati. La baie a existat doar un sfert de rola de hartie probabil ramasa de la cei gazduiti inainte, cat despre sapun, gel de dus, aceeasi poveste, am cumparat si le-am lasat si noi pentru urmatorii, unul dintre prosoape desi galben, avea pete maro... Nu a existat un uscator de par, fiind nevoite sa cumparam unul special pentru acest sejur. Exista un aparat de cafea cu capsule, insa nicio capsula, ajungand mai apoi la magazin am uitat sa verificam ce fel de capsule se potrivesc, asa ca ne-am lasat pagubase. Dar macar am avut masina de vase, fara de care nu am fi putut trai....

Locație foarte aproape de centrul orașului. Zona liniștită și curată. Apartamentul este dotat cu tot ceea ce este necesar pentru un sejur. Curățenie ok, dar e loc de mai bine.

Loc de parcare doar pe stradă, cu plata ( aprox. 3.5 euro pe 24: de ore).
