Luxury Spacious 2 bed Apartment

Location not quite what we were expecting, given that it was in the middle of the Cotswolds - turned out we were in the middle of a purpose-built army town - but having said that, the apartment was lovely and we'd use it again. It was very convenient for exploring the area and we were on the doorstep of a supermarket and Chinese takeaway.

The kitchen - the crockery and cutlery was absolutely minimal - enough for two, if you washed everything up every time you used it, but a bit mean. No mixing bowls, no wooden spoons or mixing bowls (I wanted to make bread), no scouring pads or J-Cloths for washing up (washing-up gloves and washing-up liquid, but nothing to scrub a roasting tin or anything else with), one drying cloth and the minimum of glassware. It wasn't thought-through from the self-catering point of view. No pasta bowls or anything sensible to use for a takeaway.

The decor was beautiful, the beds extremely comfortable and the host was very helpful! A great break away and would certainly recomend!

The coffee machine wasn’t working and the views weren’t great but otherwise fabulous stay.

Very disappointing, depressing location - flat located in scruffy, dimly lit car park overlooking industrial units next to very loud pub/bar - didn't get much sleep on our two night friday/saturday stay with pub noise, car revving and people milling about outside until early hours on both nights. (No tea towel provided for drying up). Overpriced - no way is it luxury!

Very clean and comfortable

It was clean, the beds were really comfy and it felt homey. Had everything we needed such as iron, hairdryer etc

There were no salt, pepper or cooking oil ( the basic cooking essentials) but morrisons is 2 minutes away so that was easily solved.
