Friendly, efficient staff. Room has minimalist vibes but is totally functional. Had a tasty meal at the restaurant : pork belly sambal matah.

No window, so no natural light coming in. Lack of soundproofing. Parking area is limited. They make dry, crunchy churros, I like mine soft on the inside.

Courteous Staff, balcony and attic for the beds. Staff very helpful to carry the luggage through stairs since no elevator. Board games, fussball for family and small swimming pool with slides for kids.

Renovation still happening, rooms not yet ready to occupy. Leakages in bathroom, insects in the wall, room not yet properly cleaned, lock & power socket missing. We shifted to another room. Leakage still was there. Basic breakfast. No communication in English. No elevator have to climb stairs. Depended on the translator in the mobile.

sangat puas menginap di graha socio, kids friendly, kamarnya bersih, nyaman dan fasilitasnnya lengkap. pelayanan staff juga sangat ramah dan membantu. pasti akan kembali menginap disini lagi

The amenities and food is good

Lots of dust and not clean enough,their beddings have lots of stains and some guest are noisy specially early in the morning.

El trato del personal

Nos dieron una habitación sucia y por encima tenía un cabecero gigantesco que no estaba bien anclado a la pared, por lo que nos quejamos y accedieron a cambiarnos de habitación. Nos metieron en otra que no pudimos mirar bien ya que llegábamos tarde a una actividad por lo que dejamos las maletas rápido y marchamos. Cuando llegamos por la noche nos encontramos una habitación mucho más sucia que la anterior. El retrete tenía heces, el lavabo no tragaba, las sábanas y las toallas estaban sucias, el suelo lleno de pelos, el baño estaba lleno de moho… en fin. Nos quejamos de nuevo y nos cambiaron por tercera vez de habitación. La tercera era de lo mejor que nos dieron ya que solo tenía las sábanas sucias y la bañera estaba mal instalada, cuando te duchabas el agua se salía fuera. Fue una experiencia lamentable y lo peor que no podíamos cambiar de hotel. El personal del hotel muy atento pero el encargad@ ni lo vimos, pedimos hablar con él y no dio la cara en ningún momento, se lo comió todo una chica que estaba en recepción que nos intentó solucionar en todo momento lo que ocurría.
