Red Lion Caravan Park, Arbroath

A very clean and comfortable caravan that was user friendly. By ‘user friendly’ I mean the gas fire, tv and cooker were straightforward to use.

Grass around caravan had been cut and there had been a lot of rain which meant grass got into the caravan and it would be useful to have a brush to sweep it out. Bathroom door stuck a little and needs fixing. These points are detail and do not detract from it being a good caravan to have a holiday in

Convenient and cosy. Had mostly what I needed from the property. The heating was excellent (perhaps too good!) and the caravan was clean and organised. I spoke with the owner once during my stay (trying to find out how to turn off the over exuberant central heating!) and found her to be polite and helpful. I'm sure if there were any issues, any reasonable requests would be resolved quickly and without fuss.

I book these places for work and like the fact it's self-catering. So the only complaint would be a lack of cooking utensils. Admittedly, I'm sure I could have contacted the owner and got this resolved (as mentioned above) but as I was staying for only 2 night I didn't bother. So not really anything negative other than my lack of sitting it out...
