City-Centric Comfort: 1-Bedroom Apartment near Military Circle

City center - ideal locality to explore the city, 5-minute walk to the Old Town. Flat equipment (including kitchen, fridge), small balcony (ideal for smokers). Communication with the landlords - very easy / very friendly / very effective.

The first night we came back there was an upleasant smell in the flat, from the building pipes, cooking in other flats perhaps... - might need slightly better insulation in this respect...?

The location is ok

Poor customer service. We came back to take our things at 11.06 (Check out at 11 am) and the pass code to our door was changed. Luckily we could make a call to the properties to unblock the door. When we enter to collect our things in the rush we forgot one important item in one of the cabinets. Unfortunately I did many call the day after, send mails but I did not get any response, not a mail or a call and our item is basically gone(had big value for me).

I didn't stay .The horrible smell in the apartment made me look for another accommodation
