La posizione, all'interno del paese in una zona tranquilla. La cortesia del proprietario che se avesse potuto parlare anche una lingua diversa dal greco sarebbe stato ancora più disponibile. Il formaggio di capra che ci ha regalato era veramente ottimo.

Le dimensioni della camera sono, a mio avviso, inferiori rispetto a quelle indicate su Booking. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è dei migliori, ma forse è adeguato ai prezzi delle altre sistemazioni a Lipsi.

L’emplacement, la propreté, la réactivité, la gentillesse. Bref, séjour parfait.

Ottima posizione, disponibilità e accoglienza del personale

I booked a 34m2 apartment, so the advertising said. It was a pokey room, the 3rd bed was in front of the kitchen sink. I would like them to confirm that room 3 which I paid 161 euro for is that size. I don’t believe for a minute it was. We didn’t stay the night it was too small for the three of us..very overpriced, but it was the only place available!

Very happy about the apartment. We could check in before time to go around the city and make our videos! Host was very helpful and apartment had everything we needed. Very good place to stay in Lipsi

Δεν μείναμε στο κατάλυμα. Είχαμε κλείσει και πληρώσει 3 ενήλικες και το δωμάτιο χωρούσε μετά βίας 2 άτομα. Δεν υπήρχε χώρος ούτε για να χωρέσουν οι αποσκευές, ούτε για να περπατήσει κάποιος μέσα στο στούντιο. Ο νιπτήρας του μπάνιου ήταν πάρα πολύ μικρός, τα στρώματα στο δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ κακής ποιότητας και υπήρχε ένα μπαλκόνι 2,5 τμ που ήταν κοινόχρηστο με το διπλανό δωμάτιο. Ζητήσαμε από τους οικοδεσπότες ένα δεύτερο δωμάτιο γιατί δεν υπήρχε πιθανότητα να μπορέσουμε να μείνουμε 3 ενήλικες σε ένα δωμάτιο 25τμ αλλά δεν υπήρχε διαθεσιμότητα, όπως επίσης ζητήσαμε κάποια έστω μερική επιστροφή χρημάτων γιατί το κατάλυμα ήταν ακατάλληλο για 3 άτομα, αλλά δεν έγινε αποδεκτό. Δεν συστήνω το κατάλυμα, πολύ άσχημη εμπειρία
