The owner is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is good, with delicious homemade pastries. The villa’s garden is beautiful and well maintained. The location is perfect—the train station is just a few steps away, yet it’s surprisingly quiet and not disturbing at all. Parking is available in the courtyard. The bed is comfortable. The central heating works efficiently and warms up the room quickly. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

"We will stay there again if we ever come back to Venice!"

The property was quaint and quiet! It was located just steps away from the train station which was quite convenient. Although the staff didn’t speak much English (after all we were in Italy) we got by quite well. The staff and Owners were very friendly and helpful and did everything to make our stay welcoming and comfortable! Great place!

Posizione ottima, molto silenziosa ma a 1 minuto dalla stazione. Colazione varia con proposte sia dolci che salate, frutta e torte fatte in casa. Stanze molto pulite e dotate di tutto il necessario. Proprietari cortesi e disponibili

"Ottima per raggiungere Venezia. Struttura molto bella."

Ottima posizione per raggiungere Venezia in treno. Lasciando la macchina in struttura, si attraversa la strada e si raggiunge la stazione. Venezia è a due fermate (tra i 20 e i 30 minuti di tragitto). Buona la colazione. Lo staff gentilissimo, davvero squisito. La struttura molto bella.

Prenotando cercavo una quadrupla con 4 letti (matrimoniali o non) e su booking in effetti c'era scritto un matrimoniale e due letti singoli. Ma al mio arrivo trovo 2 "brandine" che sono risulate un pò scomode specie per un adulto. Magari andrebbe specificato. Comunque tornerei, prenotando 2 stanze.

Die Freundlichkeit, Ausstattung und Lage, gegenüber dem Bahnhof, als Ausgangspunkt für Reisen nach Venedig, Treviso usw., trotzdem ruhig.

Der Ort selbst ist schnell durchstreift und bietet wenig.
