The apartment is located directly above a very busy nightclub, with loud music playing until 2 a.m. every night. It's extremely difficult to sleep or relax, making it nearly impossible to enjoy your vacation. Additionally, the building is on a very busy street with buses running throughout the night, adding even more noise. The structure is very old and lacks proper insulation—you can hear every step from the unit above all day long.

Noise from the up living neighbour and from the streets. And wasn’t super clean. I found few hair in the bathroom

The neighborhood is good.

The place is quite old. We stayed on the third floor, and the guests above us on the fourth floor were very noisy throughout the night. With the ceiling and floors made of wood, the noise was extremely disruptive.

Cleanliness and facilities such as gas stove, microwave...

Noise. Noise comes from loudspeaker in the street, noise comes from upper floor when tenant walking.

Close to Manhattan. Only 30 min to Time Square. Fully equipped kitchen. Apartment was very clean. Very easy self-check-in an check-out. Easy and fast communication via email. Good and safe neighborhood.

Street is a bit noisy and it is not possible to darken the room properly. But using earplugs and sleeping mask … no problem at all. Union City does not belong to MTA (Metro System). You have to buy separate bus tickets and travel with NJT busses ($4 for single ride to/from Manhattan).

A lovely customer rep met with me at the property to hand over the keys, go through the property and show me how everything works. The place was absolutely spotless. You could have literally eaten off the floors. It was located along Bergenline Ave, NJ in the heart of a vibey neighbourhood and just a quick bus trip across the Hudson and into NYC or an easy evening stroll to look across at the Manhattan Skyline. We absolutely loved our stay here.
