Accra Luxury Apartments @ Pearl

Hotel was modern and in a great location. We were able to arrange for airport pick up, which was handy when arriving on an evening flight. Also there is a restaurant just a few minutes walk and a mini supermarket for all your essentials. The staff were easily contactable through WhatsApp for any issues and we're always polite and helpful.

We were told that cleaners would be avaliable every day, but the cleaners did not always replenish the toilet paper even when there was only one left on the roll. The bedding was also meant to be changed every other day as per the details provided, but we had to make a request for this. Also not all of the cutlery was available, so we had to make a request for this as well. Although I do admit that once they were informed of these issues, they rectified it straight away and we're always polite and helpful.

the apartment which i booked was exactly what is displayed.

they cancelled our reservation on the day of our arrival stating that the reservation was not confirmed by us and also gave us excuses that we did not send them our IDs. Whereas it was confirmed a month ago along with the IDs. Then they told us to stay at another apartment in a different property altogether which was not worth half the price i paid. When we asked for compensation, they denied. We asked for a late check out, they asked for more money. Horrible experience overall.

Asking for same information multiples times by different staff. Early morning knocks on the door to ask when I am checking out when that information has been given during booking.

Towels could be changed more often, toilet rolls replacement was an issue, should be replaced instantly
