Privacy, away from traffic, pool, car park, large TV, comfy sofa, kitchen well equiped, really good room & bathroom, super friendly and helpful staff.

Mosque with loud speakers is in close proximity. Can help with ear plugs. We were told about the mosque but unaware how loud it would be. Only main thing to consider.

Lovely villa with sparkling clean pool. You are best to hire a scooter for the short ride into town.

There was a mosque just next door so the Call to Prayer at 5am was very loud!

La villa està super bien, tal y como parece en las fotos. Muy grande, siempre limpia y comoda. El personal muy amable.

Está algo fuera del centro y se llega por una callejuela como medio escondida (hasta el conductor local que tuvimos tuvo dificultad en encontrar el sitio). Además, la habitación no está absolutamente insonorizada. Durante la noches se escuchan constantemente gallos, perros y las mezquitas que están cerca te despiertan a las 5 de la mañana. También destacaría que sí el lugar se ve bastante tranquilo pero tampoco hay ningún tipo de seguridad... Había como una mini callejuela al aire libre en la que daban todas las puertas de las villas pero no habia ningún tipo de verja o puerta al principio de la callejuela para repararla de visitas inoportunas...y las paredes de los diferentes jardines de las villas no eran tan altas como para dar cierta seguridad. Si mejoraran por lo menos la insonorización y el tema de la seguridad estaría perfecto.

Excellent private villa that is the right choice for couples seeking for privacy. Wonderful outside area with clean pool. Sleeping room is super comfortable. Aircon works perfectly. - Muslim-friendly - High walls - Clean - Scooter rental - Close location to restaurants

Only minor things not affecting the overall comfort: - Weak toilet flush - Stairs of pool has sharp edges - Road in front of hotel complex is very rocky

This place is such a dream, facilities are absolutely stunning and it’s probably the best place we stayed during our trip. Would book this again in a heartbeat. Communication with staff was really easy, they clean the property every day and resolved issues very quickly, I would definitely book here again.

As some others have mentioned, the neighboring mosque does ensure an early wake up but this is the case with a lot of kuta Lombok properties. Also, as we didn’t rent a scooter (which the property does offer to facilitate) it was a bit of a walk (25 mins) to the area with most restaurants. However there are a few restaurants close by and it’s a short walk to the gym (Xeno) which is included so that was a big plus.

Het privé zwembad en de buitenkeuken en de living buiten geven een enorme luxe. Een verrassend pluspunt vond ik ook de watertank. Hieruit kon je koud en heet gefilterd water halen.

Perfect villa, the open air living room with kitchen is a super idea, we have spent our evenings there. Great pool where you can rest during the day, reading a book lying on a water mattress. Every amenities you need was there -hairdryer, mosquitos repellent, earplugs. There were filtered water, coffee powder, fruits in the kitchen. Sounds of mosque nearby absolutely had no impact on us , I have not used ear plugs, it was not loud. I can recommend Tanjung Aan beach for relax and Nohi restaurant for sweets.

First villa has same wall with reception building, and vent window from their bathroom is on the wall near pool. I remember that it was just weird, it’s not like it bothered us it was just weird.

Everything was perfect. Staff were accommodating and ready to assist anytime of the day
