La ubicación es excelente. Departamento super amplio y muy cómodo.
Es un edificio antiguo. El departamento está reciclado. Sin embargo tiene algunas deficiencias. .El lavabo del baño en suite de una de las habitaciones estaba completamente obstruido y fue imposible utilizarlo, lo que nos complicó bastante. Y por momentos el olor a desagüe en algún sector de la casa fue muy molesto.

The apartment has a nice design, spacious, that is great. It's downtown, which is good, but that kebab bar under the windows doesn't help if you want to sleep.
First, the guy spent only 2mins with us showing around the apartment, meanwhile hanging on the phone. As he opened all of the windows beforehand, there were 30-40 flies in the apartment. Wasn't happy about it, no solution offered for this. Also, there is a 24h open kebab bar right under the windows, so people were shouting all night long.

Great location, beautifully appointed apartment. Everything you need.
There is no air con so the apartment is hot. Also there is a bit of noise from the street at night but all the positives about this place outweigh these issues.
